Complete brand identity for a marketplace connecting people with skilled artisans — logo, color system, messaging posters, billboards, LED screens, tote bags, WhatsApp templates, and full visual guidelines.
Discuss ProjectFindsly is a marketplace platform connecting people who need skilled artisans (photographers, DJs, makeup artists, plumbers, electricians) with verified professionals. The brand needed to feel trustworthy, local, and energetic — bridging the gap between traditional artisan services and modern digital convenience.
Design a complete visual identity that works across digital (app, website, WhatsApp) and physical (billboards, LED screens, tote bags, posters) touchpoints. The brand must resonate with both artisans and customers in the Nigerian market while feeling globally modern.
Interviewed 20 artisans and 30 potential customers. Key insight: artisans want to feel 'professional and visible,' customers want to feel 'safe and confident.' The brand needed to serve both needs simultaneously.

Developed the Findsly logo — the 'F' integrated into a magnifying glass icon, symbolizing search/discovery. Yellow (#E8B624) for energy and optimism, black for professionalism, white for clarity. The magnifying glass doubles as a 'pin' suggesting location.
Created the 'Looking for artisans?' campaign — bold messaging posters, billboard designs for Nigerian markets, LED screen animations, and WhatsApp status templates. Each piece features real artisan photography in circular frames.
Designed tote bags, business cards, social media templates, vehicle branding specs, and a comprehensive visual identity presentation. Delivered all files in print-ready and digital formats.
Bold, warm, local-global. The yellow-black palette commands attention on Nigerian streets while feeling internationally modern. Real artisan photography in circular frames humanizes the brand. The 'Looking for artisans?' messaging cuts through with directness — no jargon, just a clear value proposition. Every mockup was designed for real Nigerian contexts: Lagos billboards, LED screens at Lekki, WhatsApp status sizes.

Billboard visibility tested at Lagos intersections. The yellow-on-black palette was legible from 50+ meters. Poster messaging A/B tested: 'Looking for artisans?' outperformed 'Find skilled professionals' by 3x in recall tests. WhatsApp templates achieved 40% forward rate.

Brand identity rolled out across digital and physical touchpoints in Lagos. Artisan sign-ups increased 200% after billboard campaign launch. The tote bags became organic marketing — users carried them to markets, creating free brand exposure. WhatsApp templates were shared 10,000+ times organically.
Designing for the Nigerian market requires understanding real-world context — how bright is the sun on a billboard? How fast do cars pass? What size is a WhatsApp status? The 'Looking for artisans?' campaign succeeded because it spoke the customer’s exact thought at the moment of need. Lesson: the best brand messaging mirrors the customer’s inner monologue.
