Brand identity and visual system for a contemporary clothing brand — clean, modern, and instantly recognizable. Logo, business cards, invoices, packaging, and complete brand guidelines.
Discuss ProjectCloud needed a brand identity that would stand out in the crowded fashion and streetwear space. The brand needed to feel technical and capable while remaining approachable. The founder, Abdulahi Bello, wanted a mark that could work across digital platforms, business cards, packaging, and merchandise.
Create a distinctive, versatile brand mark that combines the cloud symbol with the letter C — working equally well at 16px favicon size and on a billboard. Deliver a complete identity system including stationery, invoices, and packaging.
Audited 30+ cloud/tech brands. Most used generic cloud icons or abstract shapes. Opportunity: create a mark that’s both a cloud AND a recognizable letterform, giving it dual meaning and stronger recall.

Developed the cloud-C monogram — a continuous line that forms both a cloud shape and the letter C. The registered trademark symbol (®) was integrated from day one to signal professional credibility.
Black and white primary palette for maximum versatility, with yellow accent for digital. Business cards, invoice templates, packaging (parcel bags), and letterhead — all designed with the same clean, minimal approach.
Complete brand guidelines document covering logo construction grid, minimum sizes, clear space rules, color specifications, typography (clean sans-serif), and approved/prohibited usage examples.
Minimalist, monochrome, technical. The black-and-white palette communicates sophistication and technical precision. The continuous-line logo construction demonstrates engineering thinking — every curve has purpose. The yellow accent variant adds energy for digital applications without compromising the core identity’s professionalism.

Logo scalability tested from 16px to billboard size. The monogram remains legible and recognizable at all sizes. Business card feedback from 15 tech professionals: 'This looks like a company I’d trust with my wardrobe.'

Industry Recognition
Brand identity launched across all touchpoints. The cloud-C monogram became instantly associated with the company in the Nigerian tech ecosystem. Business cards were described as 'the most professional cards at Lagos tech events.'
Monochrome identities age better than trendy color palettes. The Cloud mark looks as fresh today as it did in 2020. The continuous-line construction gave us a strong visual story to tell — 'built without compromise, just like our garments.' Lesson: every design decision should have a narrative.
