The all-in-one platform that connects users, moving companies, drivers, and administrators into a single, seamless ecosystem — redefining moving experiences through digital innovation.
Discuss ProjectZinter approached us with a bold vision: to digitize and humanize the moving industry. The challenge was to design a unified platform that serves users who want transparent moving experiences, moving companies seeking efficient job management, drivers needing clear task guidance, and admins requiring full oversight.
Reduce friction, increase trust, and create a branded experience that feels effortless across all touchpoints — from requesting a quote to resolving an issue.
Through 32 user interviews, 4 moving company shadowing sessions, and 200+ survey responses, we found users felt anxious about pricing surprises, movers struggled with manual scheduling, and admins needed better dispute tools.

Studied existing platforms and logistics apps. Key gaps: no real-time tracking, fragmented payments, opaque issue resolution, and no unified dashboard for movers or admins.
Built a complete design system in Figma with reusable components. Key flows: user move setup with AI-powered room scanning, mover job acceptance, admin issue triage, and driver delivery checklist.
Built with React, Swift, Kotlin for mobile and Node.js/PostgreSQL for backend. Worked in 2-week sprints over 6 months with continuous stakeholder feedback loops.
Trust-driven visual language inspired by Airbnb and Uber. Color palette: Trust blue (#2563EB), success green (#10B981), calm neutrals. Typography: Inter for clarity. Real-life moving scenes with clean icons and human-centered photography.
The user-facing web experience makes moving stress-free. From the conversion-focused landing page through the AI-powered room scanner and instant quote comparison, every interaction builds trust. Users set up their move details, receive transparent quotes from verified movers, and track their belongings in real-time — all from a single, intuitive interface.

The mover-facing dashboard transforms how moving companies manage their operations. A centralized hub for incoming requests, job scheduling, revenue analytics, and driver assignments. Companies can accept or decline jobs, view upcoming moves on a calendar, and track real-time delivery status — eliminating the manual scheduling gaps uncovered in our research.

The admin dashboard provides full platform oversight — from revenue charts and user growth metrics to a dispute resolution center. Admins triage issues, manage mover onboarding, monitor service quality, and track platform health. The issue resolution workflow reduced admin response time from 48 hours to just 12 hours during beta testing.

Stakeholder reviews weekly ensured alignment. 50+ beta users tested task-based scenarios. A/B tested two notification systems. Key revision: simplified the quote comparison interface based on user confusion patterns.

Move Completion
Launched successfully in the Netherlands with plans to expand across Europe. User satisfaction 4.8/5, support tickets reduced 60%, mover onboarding increased 35%, time to complete a move reduced by 25%.
Logistics platforms thrive on real-time communication. Trust must be designed — through transparency, security, and human touches. A unified design system is non-negotiable for cross-platform consistency.
